1, the pipe in the loading and unloading transportation stacking process, should be lightly lifted, strictly prohibited throwing, rolling, impact, crashing and heavy pressure, the bottom of the car and pipe contact should be as flat as possible, and there are measures to prevent rolling and collision with each other, shall not contact sharp objects.

2, when getting off, the pipe below DN400 is manually loaded and unloaded, the pipe above DN500 is mechanically loaded and unloaded, and the pipe is lifted with two cloth hanging ropes about 1.4 meters from both ends. It is strictly prohibited to use wire rope or iron wire.

3, the pipe should be placed in the warehouse storage, storage site should be smooth, stacking should be neat, no sharp objects, both sides of the board to prevent sliding, stacking height does not exceed 2 meters, there can be no heavy objects above. Should be away from heat sources and fire prevention measures, open stacking with straw MATS or color strips to block the sun exposure,

4, polyethylene drainage pipe is no pressure pipe, suitable for long-term temperature below 45℃ buried drainage projects, the pressure should be less than 0.05Mpa, should not be used as across the river siphon.

5, the user should be according to the manufacturer's product instruction manual (technical regulations) requirements, excavation trench, production of cushion, artificial backfill compaction and construction of inspection Wells, where there is water and mud should reduce the water level.

6. Before laying pipes, remove water, sand and pebbles in the tank, and put fine soil and sand on the cushion; Lay the pipe on the cushion layer, and manually backfill the top of the pipe with fine soil and sand on both sides to 70 cm before mechanical backfill can be used.

7. The pipes buried under the highway should be filled with concrete first, and then manually backfilled with fine soil and sand. It is strictly prohibited to cross the car without backfilling to the design depth. The spacing of parallel pipelines should be greater than the diameter of pipelines to facilitate the construction of backfill.
