1. HDPE double-wall bellows are installed by professionally qualified personnel.

2. When handling materials, it is strictly forbidden to throw, drop, roll and drag to avoid damage to the pipeline. When connecting the pipeline and checking both ends, if there is any damage, please cut off the damaged part.

3. For the hot melt connection of pipes and pipe fittings, the welding temperature should be set at 260±10. If there is any discoloration, decomposition, combustion, smoke or other adverse effects, please replace the welder.

4. Although threaded pipe fittings are connected to other parts, be sure not to screw too tightly to avoid damage to threaded pipe fittings.

5. Please strictly follow the arrangement and business standards of HDPE double-wall bellows to ensure quality.

6. After the installation is completed, perform a hydraulic test to determine that there is no leakage, and then you can close or fill the pipe channel, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the design pressure. The recommended test pressure is between 10kg/cm2 (MPa) and 15 kg/cm2 (pressure 1.5MPa).

7. Although the transition connection with the water heater, metal pipe or hose connection pipe is desirable, its length should not be less than 300mm.

8. Outdoor pipes shall be deemed to have insulation, sun protection and anti-freezing measures.

9. In winter, when the temperature is close to 5, accidental damage to pipes and fittings can be prevented during handling and construction. After the pressure test is completed, discharge the water. For a long time during the winter shutdown, the water in the pipeline is placed without reliable insulation measures to prevent cracks in the pipeline.

10. At the same time carry out waterproof works, do not apply paint, asphalt and other contaminated materials on the surface of the pipe, so as to avoid smelling water.
