The problems in the construction of plastic inspection well and the solutions

1. Digging foundation problem. The shaft and the pipe trench should be excavated at the same time, and the main line of the shaft seat and the pipeline in the pipe trench should be on the same line during excavation, and excessive digging should not be allowed. Where the groundwater level is high, there should be drainage and water level reduction measures to avoid construction in the rainy season.

2, well base and pipeline connection problems. It should be connected from upstream to downstream and gradually extend to the branch pipe. When the internal diameter of the pipe at the connection is different, the well seat should first meet the large-caliber pipe, and then use the reducer to connect the small-caliber pipe, and the reducer connection can only be from large to small. The joints are fixed with sealing rubber rings.

3. Shaft installation problem. The length of the wellbore shall be the height from the bottom of the socket connecting the wellbore to the design surface, minus the clear distance from the top of the wellbore to the surface. When the elevation of the ground or road surface is difficult to determine, the shaft length can be appropriately reserved. The shaft is kept perpendicular to the well seat. When inserting the shaft, do not use a heavy hammer to knock, use special tools.

4. Backfill questions. The backfilling of the well should be carried out at the same time as the backfilling of the pipeline trench, and the well base and shaft should be fixed before backfilling, and the water in the foundation pit and trench should be removed. The backfill shall not use silt, garbage and frozen soil, and shall not contain stones, bricks and other hard objects with edges and corners. Backfill should be manually layered backfill, its density is consistent with pipeline backfill, can not cause the wellbore tilt and displacement, strictly prohibit the use of machinery.

5. Installation problem of manhole cover. Before installing the well cover, measure the shaft length and cut more than part of the shaft. The choice of manhole cover should be determined according to the nature of the conveying medium, and the sewage manhole cover and the rainwater manhole cover should not be confused. An inner cover shall be installed at the top of the shaft of a sewage inspection well with a protective cover.
