First, caustic soda

Second, powder

Reason: construction under low temperature and high humidity environment, color tile paint film is poor. Excessive dilution, too thin coating; Base surface is too loose, color tile mold box; Base water absorption is too fast, no primer is used; The base is too alkaline.

Solution: Construction according to the construction requirements, follow the construction specifications, do not over-dilute; Use closed primer, color brick machine; Remove the pulverized part, repaint the bottom, and stone steel mold along the road.

Third, uneven luster

Reasons: uneven porosity of the base, color brick mold box, the adsorption of the paint film is not high; Uneven film thickness; Use different construction tools on the same side; Use different batches of products on the same side.

Solution: Use primer, especially for local repairs; Ensure the thickness of each layer is consistent, marking the brick machine; Ensure the use of consistent tools, the use of the same batch of products, to ensure that construction conditions, construction technology meet the requirements.

Four, bubbling off

Reasons: the surface of the tile germ during curing; The base moisture is too high, and its pressure bulges the paint film when it diffuses outwards

Solution: Remove all bubbling and peeling parts; Follow the construction specifications, plastic molds, do a good job of waterproofing the base, repair the base cracks before construction, and ensure that the moisture content of the base meets the construction requirements.

Five, steel fiber manhole cover discoloration and fading

Reason: the humidity in the substrate is too high, and the water capacitive salt crystallization is weathered on the surface; The substrate contains alkalinity, which damages the pigment or paint film with weak alkalinity. The climate is harsh.

Solution: Wipe or shovel away the problematic surface and allow the cement to dry completely. Apply a coat of all-purpose alkali resistant color tile paint.
